Shipping and Delivery:
How are shipping rates calculated?

For "Clothing & Home Decor' shipping rates are taken from the print-on-demand and drop-shipping company that Creations By Crowefire works with. Shipping rates vary based on the product and the location the product will be shipped to. Where large companies can offer free shipping having low-cost bulk orders, wholesale purchases, and their own shipping and receiving warehouses, smaller businesses like Creations By Crowefire cannot not get by covering shipping costs for the customer on small orders. Unfortunately, free shipping is not a viable business policy for small businesses. Thank you for your understanding. When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Please be patient covid 19 measures may cause delays in assembly and shipping.  All shipments are able to be tracked. Back-end staff works diligently to ensure quality products are received within the estimated shipping time.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
In most cases no, however, an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in Creations By Crowefire's control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Inquire your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please feel free to email support at with your order number and we will get back to you promptly with a response. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, that is okay things happen, we can send you a replacement order, but  unfortunately shipping will be at your own cost.
