What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at info@creationsbycrowefire.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at info@creationsbycrowefire.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes! Please email info@creationsbycrowefire.com. The exchange will be at no additional cost. I new item of the same design in the  corrected size or colour will be order upon receiving the returned item. Unfortunately, the shipping cost of returning the item will be the customer's responsibility.

* Please Note: Incorrect or damaged item are returned to the return address on your order's package. Exchange size or colour returns are  to be returned the address listed below.
